In our efforts to streamline the volunteer process at both sites, we are encouraging all volunteers (both current and future) to review Carlsbad Unified School District’s Policy on school visits (please use: username = Carlsbad, password = Public) and complete and return the Calavera Hills Volunteer Application. We feel that this new process will promote a safer environment for your children and ensure that the student’s learning experience is uninterrupted.

All classroom visits must be arranged in advance with the classroom teacher. Any non-classroom visit should be arranged through the principal or assistant principal. Also, please note that all volunteers must have a current tuberculosis test. Tests are available at the Carlsbad Family Clinic, 720-7766.The cost is approximately $10.Call for a current price.
