testing care packages available for purchase

Good morning Coyote families!

Testing is coming up fast! ASB is offering for parents/guardians to purchase a care package that includes 4 snacks (1 for each day of testing) and a note of encouragement to your student every day. We know testing can be a stressful time for students, so we know this little treat will give them an extra little push of encouragement!

You can purchase the package in the ASB web store. CLICK THIS LINK. We will stop selling them on Friday, May 10th by the end of the school day. We will not be able to sell anymore after that.

IF YOUR STUDENT HAS ANY ALLERGIES TO FOOD: Please, please make note of it in the notes box when you purchase it. We do not want to send your student something they cannot eat.

Please feel free to reach out to Ms. Schuman (you can respond to this message) if you have any questions or concerns.

Happy Thursday!

2019/20 School year - asb retreat

Monday, August 19, 2019 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm in Classroom #110.  ASB students will be on campus to participate in team building activities and help get the school ready for the new school year!  Any questions can be directed to Taylor Schuman at  Thank you!

pennies for patients

Today (April 11th)  we will be starting a fundraiser that we have been doing for the past few years. It is called Pennies for Patients and we are raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society which supports efforts to cure childhood cancer. This is an important fundraiser for us because we have had students at our school be supported through it.

All of the money we raise goes back to the L&L Society. But we have a chance to win a prize! The Advisory that raises the most money between 4/11 and 5/3 will win a pasta party put on by Olive Garden!

You or your student will be receiving all information today (8th graders, since you have your picture today during Coyote Community, you will be receiving your gear tomorrow in Advisory) and you will be able to start raising funds. All students have the opportunity to raise funds through an online portal that will also go towards your Advisory's total. Be sure to look over the information on the sheet given to you or your student. It has all the information you need to get started!

You can click this link in order to get to our schools' homepage. Towards the bottom on the right is a button where you can sign up on the site and join a classroom. Make sure you are becoming a part of your Advisory' class so the money goes towards that total!

You can also send in cash and change! It is called PENNIES for Patients after all! If you are sending in cash and/or change, please send it in a bag or the coin collection box with the students' name and Advisory teacher on it so we know who brought it in. It will not go towards a students' total without their name on it.

Your Advisory teacher will be sending an email out to you soon with a link to your classes page. Or you can click this link and get to the list of classes and find yours!

I advise you not to sign up until you or your student receives the information! I want to make sure you sign up correctly.

If you have any questions at all, please contact me and I will be happy to help. Our school goal is $1750, but I know we can raise so much more!

Have a wonderful day,

Ms. Schuman
